Cornerstone Coffee & Kitchen

The staff were friendly, the place was clean, modern and stylish, the food service time was good, the poached eggs my daughter and I had were honestly perfect, my hot chocolate could have been hotter, but that's all that made it not a 5 star. It's a great place for breakfast.

Today, I visited Cornerstone Coffee & Kitchen in Bankstown Sports Club. The cafe offers a variety of menu options alongside a selection of delicious cakes. In addition, the service was warm and welcoming.

We have had coffee & cake here at least 15 times since joining the Club in Jan 2024 & have always enjoyed it. Our favourite cake by far is the Watermelon cake but it is hard to find & is often not available amongst the many selections. Please source more delicious Watermelon Cake. The coffee is always very tasty. The service could improve a little as a few times when ordering coffee I have specified it is for dine in expecting a cup & saucer only for it to be served in a take away cup but I accepted it with a smile after pointing out their mistake. They also seem to be a little short staffed as it can take quite a while for tables to be cleared & I have often seen a member of the Management team clearing the tables. We have not yet tried the breakfast or brunch / lunch menu selections.

I had a great exp thanks to the barista here . I ordered a Magic coffee ( Melbourne style ) and it was one of the best I have . The guy wearing glasses made coffee for me he has a deep understanding of coffee . This barista truly know how to create magic !!!
